Neurodiversity in Education

Every child is born with passion, power, and curiosity. The challenge is to develop academic curriculum and settings to suit and challenge the child, not vice versa.  For over a decade, we have helped US, Canadian, and UK non-profit foundations, schools, and health departments stay abreast of emerging innovation, and apply technology from other market sectors - such as US military and avionics - to support autistic, adhd, and other gifted children in a variety of educational settings.

Financial Performance and Compliance

We support non-profit boards, C-suite, and public sector agencies with leadership and financial advisory.  We provide:

  • Donor and major fundraising campaign strategies;
  • Liaison between major media or large donors and non-profit foundations;
  • Large special events management;
  • Federal regulatory and financial  compliance; and
  • Fractional CFO, COO, or Board advisory and services for non-profit  and foundation clients.

Autism, ADHD, and Noise

Noise sensitivity is common in both autistic and ADHD/ ADD children, and in extreme cases of loud ambient noise - machinery, traffic noise, or loud music or television - is actually painful. Causes distress, or "autistic meltdowns.'   But when we consider this phenomena, is it really much different for a child to need silence to 'think' or be at peace, than it is for adults in sensitive occupations - surgery, US military command centers, veterinary hospitals - to need absolute silence? Our early work includes redesign of noise-cancelling pilot cockpit helmets for autistic children, to give them greater freedom, comfort, and confidence in schools and other environments.
